Concorde offers a range of spaces for artistic creation, rehearsals, professional events and public gatherings.

Whether you are preparing a performance, planning a residency, or organising a seminar or conference, Concorde’s spaces provide a welcoming and stimulating environment.

Artists, cultural organisations and businesses can find spaces suited to their needs, within a building designed to accommodate artistic practices and professional gatherings in many different forms.

The Concorde team will work with you to identify the most suitable spaces and develop solutions tailored to your needs.

Special rates are available for artists and cultural organisations.

The spaces are also available to businesses looking to organise activities in a cultural setting.

Please note that paid classes are not permitted in the spaces. Spaces can only be hired during certain periods of the season.

Bookings for rehearsal and creative spaces will be available online from 2027.

Dance studios

Concorde has six dance studios ranging from 100 to 200 m², designed for rehearsals, residencies and creative projects.

Equipped with mirrors, ballet barres and sprung floors suitable for dance practice, they welcome professional companies as well as collectives and cultural organisations.
