Information about sensitive content (strobe lighting, flashes, nudity or any other elements that may affect the sensitivity of some audiences) is provided directly on the page of each relevant performance.

The age recommendations given in our programme are indicative only. They reflect the recommendations of the artistic teams and the Concorde team, and are intended to help you make an informed choice rather than serving as restrictions. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• Tickets can be exchanged up to five hours before the start of the performance, or moved to another date within a maximum of 30 days after the original performance date, subject to availability.
• Unnumbered ticket: admission guaranteed until the start of the performance.
• Numbered ticket: your seat is guaranteed until 5 minutes before the start of the performance.
• When a performance is sold out, you can join the waiting list at the box office.
• If you arrive late, admission to the performance space is not guaranteed and will depend on the artistic requirements of the performance.

• Tickets purchased are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
• Refunds are only available if a performance is cancelled by Concorde.
