Flore Benguigui & The Sensible Notes

This is how Flore Benguigui approaches her music: as a dialogue between different eras, between musicians, and with the audience. Accompanied by the trio The Sensible Notes, she promises a concert that will serve as a laboratory for collective emotions, far removed from the label of elitism that still so often clings to her favourite genre of music.  

On stage, she is preceded by the Swiss artist Lea Maria Fries, who also draws on jazz to create her own world, whilst weaving sounds and rhythms from rock and soul into her compositions.

An all-female evening, then – virtuosic and convivial.

Born and raised in Lucerne, Lea Maria Fries is a musician who moves fluidly between musical genres: she builds her own musical world across jazz, soul and rock.

Released in spring 2025, Cleo, her debut solo album, has attracted critical acclaim. In it, she pays tribute to women, particularly, of course, Queen Cleopatra. This pianist and singer has chosen to express herself in English, but also in the Lucerne dialect.

After living in Berlin, she settled in Paris, where she now lives.
