Family workshop with Le Galactik Ensemble

Open to everyone, whatever their age or experience, this workshop invites participants to explore the joy of movement, cooperation and creativity.

On the programme: a warm-up to music, trust-building and listening exercises, exploring movement on the floor, an introduction to partner contact, followed by an exploration of sequences inspired by the show, focusing on rhythm, body percussion, evasive movements and short choreographed sequences. The workshop concludes with a wind-down session and a chance to chat with the performers.
